About the job: Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Insights)

We are recruiting a Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Insights) to strengthen our team in Madrid, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

• Design technical architecture and integrations; review technical design of business requirements and create detailed Technical Architecture Design document (TAD).
• Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to understand requirements.
• Report progress periodically to the lead/project manager and assist in reporting.
• Manage code check-in/check-out in Azure DevOps and update work items.
• Elaborate test plan documents.
• Resolve architectural and technical issues during testing cycles.
• Provide training sessions to the customer.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Architect in the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
• Experience in the health sector, specifically with customer care.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (Customer Service and Customer Insights).
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE design and development.
• Knowledge in customization, low-code flows, and apps with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integration tools (a plus).
• Experience with Azure DevOps for code and requirements management.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Jira.
• Microsoft certifications (a plus).
• Spanish language proficiency is mandatory; fluency in English required.
