Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Insights)

We are recruiting a Technical Architect Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Insights) to strengthen our team in Madrid, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

1. Design Technical Architecture and integrations;
2. Review the technical design of business requirements and create detailed Technical Architecture Design documents (TAD);
3. Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to understand requirements;
4. Report progress periodically to the project lead/manager and assist with reporting;
5. Manage code check-in/check-out in Azure DevOps and update work items;
6. Develop test plan documents;
7. Resolve architectural and technical issues during testing cycles;
8. Provide training sessions to the customer.

What we are looking for:

1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Architect in the Dynamics 365 CE platform;
2. Experience in the Healthcare sector, specifically with Customer Care;
3. Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE framework and platform (Customer Service & Insights);
4. Design and development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE;
5. Knowledge of customization, low-code flows, Power Automate, and Power Apps;
6. Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure integration tools (a plus);
7. Experience with Azure DevOps for code and requirement management;
8. Experience in Agile methodologies and Jira;
9. Microsoft certifications (a plus);
10. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, and English is required.
