Job Description

About the role

We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented, highly motivated Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team in the EU/UK. As a TAM, you will manage technical integrations and relationships with our key clients, ensuring the growth and success of these partnerships.

  • Act as a technical owner for assigned accounts, meeting regularly with clients and managing planning and execution of client needs
  • Support technical developments, upgrades, and migrations aligned with internal and external roadmaps
  • Monitor active client integrations to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Advocate for client requirements when collaborating with internal engineering and product teams for future feature requests
  • Handle incident inquiries and collaborate with Customer Success, System Reliability, and Engineering teams for timely resolution, maintaining effective communication with clients
  • Maintain strong technical knowledge of Citrus’ products and mentor staff on best practices and configurations
  • Support pre-sales activities to help close deals from a technical perspective
  • Provide post-sales technical guidance to develop solutions for complex problems, collaborating with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain documentation on all client integrations

Qualifications

About you

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in roles such as TAM, sales engineer, solutions architect, or support engineer within B2B, large or strategic customer segments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge of debugging in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML
  • Proven achievement and technical expertise, preferably in client-facing roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with ad technologies and API-based systems
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions, thriving in a team environment
  • Excellent English and Spanish communication skills; additional European languages are a plus
