Position Overview

Autodesk Customer Success seeks highly motivated trusted advisors to help customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a professional with Civil Engineering experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. The person will work closely with medium and large enterprise customers worldwide.

Join the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team, part of our Customer Success organization, which values professional development and rewards high performance.

The Technical Adoption Specialist is responsible for maximizing the success and ROI for our strategic customers by helping them achieve their business goals and increasing the adoption of our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve business outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings to enhance customer success and promote new product adoption.
• Deliver live coaching sessions to promote adoption of Autodesk solutions.
• Conduct digital webinars for end users to ensure successful adoption.
• Develop and update digital content that adheres to CTS standards, addressing specific customer challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD in a production environment.
• Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
• Advanced understanding of Civil Engineering industry needs and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering.
• 5-6 years of Civil Engineering or related field experience.
• Additional knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk MAP 3D, and GIS is beneficial.
