A global security firm is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Spain to oversee customer relationships and provide expert security guidance. This role involves collaborating with customers to enhance their security posture, focusing on security alerts and incidents. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical account management, be customer-focused, and fluent in Spanish and English. As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee thriving customer relationships as the customer’s guide to achieving exceptional security. You will serve as the customer’s trusted security advisor and function as an extension of their team, imparting technical and security guidance and best practices. You will learn to be the partner’s / customer’s chief navigator, charting a path towards security maturity, mapping its journey, and architecting a resilient posture. Further, as a customer advocate, your intimate knowledge and understanding of our customers will help shape the development of our cutting-edge technology and service. This role will be based in Spain.
Technical Account Managers at WatchGuard have a slightly different day-to-day than a traditional TAM because of the nature of cybersecurity and the high-stakes environment that MDR services operate in. MDR providers focus on proactive threat hunting, monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents for their clients. As a TAM at WatchGuard, you will be responsible for meeting with partners/customers to review their security posture, focusing on security alerts, incidents, emerging threats, and support tickets. You will also serve as an escalation point for communication issues with the SOC or Support teams and document your learnings to share with teammates and clients.
