About The Position

As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee customer relationships, guiding them towards achieving exceptional security. You will act as a trusted security advisor, providing technical guidance and best practices. Your role involves mapping the customer’s security journey and advocating for their needs, helping shape our technology and services. This position is based in Spain.

A day in the life…

Due to the cybersecurity environment, your daily tasks will differ from traditional TAM roles. You will review security alerts, incidents, emerging threats, and support tickets with partners/customers. You will also serve as an escalation point for communication issues and document your insights to share with teammates and clients.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Customer-focused, data-driven, process-oriented professional with Windows systems administration experience.
  • Proven success in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with positivity and integrity.
  • Committed to professional growth and business expansion in a dynamic market.
  • Capable of handling ambiguity, communicating well with teams, and understanding customer needs.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; German knowledge is a plus.

Experience

  • 5+ years in technical account management or 2.5+ years in cybersecurity customer-facing roles.
