About The Position
As a Technical Account Manager, you will oversee customer relationships, guiding them toward achieving exceptional security. You will serve as a trusted security advisor, acting as an extension of their team, providing technical guidance and best practices. Your role involves helping customers achieve security maturity, mapping their security journey, and architecting a resilient security posture. Additionally, your deep understanding of customer needs will influence the development of our cutting-edge technology and services. This position is based in Spain.
A day in the life…
Due to the cybersecurity environment and MDR services, your daily activities will differ from traditional TAM roles. You will meet with partners/customers to review their security posture, analyze security alerts and incidents, emerging threats, and support tickets. You will also act as an escalation point for communication issues with SOC or Support teams and document your insights to share with teammates and clients.
