A leading pharmaceutical consulting firm in Barcelona seeks a Tech Transfer Project Manager. In this hybrid role, you'll coordinate tech-transfers and lead cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years in Project Management within the pharmaceutical sector, a relevant degree, and a strong knowledge of tech-transfers. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential.

Formación

• More than 10 years of experience in Project Management in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Accreditation in a Project Management Discipline is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the tech-transfer process.

About the client

We are seeking a Tech Transfer Project Manager to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.

Your mission

Reporting to the Head of PMO & Launch Management, will be responsible for coordinating and leading the corporate tech-transfers of the company.

Your major accountabilities

• Drive value creation by leading and executing projects mainly tech-transfers from CMO to CMO.
• Manage cross-functional and cross-country Project Teams ensuring good communication between all the departments.
• Plan & coordinate all activities across a project.
• Ensure the project is delivered in time, quality and budget supporting also the change management processes.
• Knows the specific local requirements of each country
• Develop Project Charters and Implementation Plans and lead of Kick off, follow-up & project closure meetings.
• Monthly report on the status of all projects with maintenance of our Project Management tool (Smartsheet)

We would like you to have

• More than 10 years professional work experience in Project Management in pharmaceutical industry
• Holds a university degree, preferably a Scientific degree (eg. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology. . )
• Ability to work independently.
• Project planning negotiation, conflict management, independent, cooperative, results oriented, initiative and critical thinking, consistent, training experience and ability for teamwork.
• Knowledge of the tech-transfer process in pharmaceutical industry.
• Project management and hands-on experience with tech-transfers
• Proficient technology skills (e. g. , MS Office software, MS Project, etc. )
• Accreditation in a Project Management Discipline highly preferred (e. g. Project Management Professional-PMI. )
• Language: English (fluent) and knowledge of other European languages (Spanish, German, French…) will be valuable.
