Formación

About the client

We are seeking a Tech Transfer Project Manager to join one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector. The position is based in Barcelona and offers a hybrid work model.

Your mission

Reporting to the Head of PMO & Launch Management will be responsible for coordinating and leading the corporate tech-transfers of the company.

Your major accountabilities

• Drive value creation by leading and executing projects mainly tech-transfers from CMO to CMO.
• Manage cross-functional and cross-country project teams ensuring good communication between all the departments.
• Plan & coordinate all activities across a project.
• Ensure the project is delivered in time, quality and budget, supporting also the change management processes.
• Know the specific local requirements of each country.
• Develop project charters and implementation plans and lead kick-off, follow-up & project closure meetings.
• Monthly report on the status of all projects with maintenance of our project management tool (Smartsheet).

We would like you to have

• More than 10 years professional work experience in Project Management in pharmaceutical industry.
• Holds a university degree, preferably a scientific degree (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology).
• Ability to work independently.
• Project planning, negotiation, conflict management, independent, cooperative, results oriented, initiative and critical thinking, consistent training, and ability for teamwork.
• Knowledge of the tech-transfer process in pharmaceutical industry.
• Project management and hands-on experience with tech-transfers.
• Proficient technology skills (e.g., MS Office software, MS Project, etc.).
• Accreditation in a Project Management Discipline highly preferred (e.g., Project Management Professional-PMI).
• Language: English (fluent) and knowledge of other European languages (Spanish, German, French) will be valuable.
