Fifty5Blue is transforming its Audience operations and is seeking a Tech Support Lead for CRM & PMA based in Madrid. You will lead L2/L3 support for the CRM platform, PMA, and integrations, ensuring stability, performance and rapid incident resolution.

You will manage a small team of developers and an external support partner, collaborate with Product Owners, and help shape development standards while maintaining global rollout readiness.

Formación

• 7+ years’ experience in software engineering or production support with leadership of L2/L3 teams.
• Strong experience operating in live, business-critical production environments.
• Advanced English language skills (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage L2/L3 support across CRM, PMA, and integrations in a live production environment.
• Drive incident triage, prioritisation and resolution in a high-volume setting.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across distributed systems using logs and telemetry.
