Role and responsibilities:

• Collect and organise investment fund data
• Conduct/review sample tests on service providers
• Contribute to creating/reviewing quarterly and annual AML / CFT reports
• Prepare reporting documents for supervisory authorities, as applicable
• Support invoicing processes, as applicable
• Assist in updating templates
• Ensure deadlines are respected and met
• Monitor innovations in AML / KYC regulations and industry standards

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant academic background or at least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in funds
• Knowledge of investment funds and AML / CFT regulations; familiarity with Luxembourg fund industry and AML / CFT rules is a plus
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized, able to prioritize, eager to learn, resilient, and reliable
• Strong communication skills in English; basic knowledge of French or German is desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
• Discretion with confidential information
• Proficiency in MS Office; additional IT skills are an asset
