Position Details:
  • Language requirements: Fluent in one of the following: Italian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, or Spanish, plus English C1-C2
  • Contract type: Permanent (contrato indefinido)
  • Work model: 100% remote (residing in Spain required)
  • Field: Technical Customer Support for cloud services, SaaS, digital tools
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (no night shifts)
  • Training: Fully paid
Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to B2B or B2C clients using cloud-based platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users via chat, email, or phone
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams for escalations and improvements
  • Create and update internal documentation and FAQs
