Sofico in Madrid is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the technical workstream within software implementation projects. You will coordinate technical delivery across infrastructure and hosting migrations, serving as the main link between customers, project managers and engineering teams.

We value strong SaaS, cloud and microservices knowledge, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Formación

Proven experience managing technical projects, including software implementations.
Experience as a Technical Project Manager or Implementation Manager in a product-led organization.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
Knowledge of legacy technologies, including application servers and databases.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to establish, optimize and mature processes with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in English. (Written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

Lead the technical workstream within software implementation projects.
Coordinate technical delivery across infrastructure projects and hosting migrations.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer questions and clarifications.
Align with internal Project Managers, Architects, Sales and technical teams.
Review, prioritize and track infrastructure issues in Jira and manage risks.
