With top content creators and former footballers as club presidents, the league introduces innovative and disruptive rules, involves the audience in decision-making, and continuously reimagines the game to offer a fresh and dynamic experience every day.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Tech Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all Kings League events' technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring smooth operational workflows, implementing technology solutions, and keeping pace with evolving technology trends to ensure the continued success of Kings League events.

Main responsibilities :

1. Oversee the initial set-up of all technology systems at each event venue, ensuring all equipment, including video/audio systems, networking, and broadcasting tools, is installed, configured, and ready for operation.
2. Coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure smooth logistical execution during start-up.
3. Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance during events, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to live-streaming platforms, video/audio feeds, and broadcasting systems.
4. React to content-driven changes during events, adapting camera setups, streaming requirements, or new content features as needed.
5. Implement last-minute adjustments or technical changes requested by content creators or producers.
6. Propose and implement improvements as technology evolves or budgets allow.

ABOUT YOU

Requirements :

• IP Video / Audio Expertise: Experience configuring and troubleshooting IP systems for live events, with a deep understanding of LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure for reliable video/audio transmission. Skilled in network troubleshooting and ensuring redundancy during live broadcasts.
• Non-Broadcast Equipment: Hands-on experience with VMIX, OBS, and streaming platforms for live production. Familiar with software-based video switching, streaming tools, broadcast equipment installation, cabling, and intercom setups. Expertise in broadcast ecosystems (cameras, servers, routers).
• Adaptation to New Techniques: Stay updated with advancements in broadcasting and streaming technologies. Ability to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
