HBX Group, a leading Travel Tech company, seeks a Tech Legal Counsel to support the Legal team and advise on Technology, IP, and AI governance. You will review and negotiate Technology and non-Technology contracts, and support Fintech and Insurtech teams on regulatory matters worldwide.

The role requires 3+ years in Technology/IP law, strong English and Spanish, and a team-oriented, adaptable mindset to navigate fast-changing negotiations.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in Technology/IP Law.
• Strong interest and knowledge in AI and emerging technologies.
• Experience in Fintech is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Technology, Fintech and Global Procurement on legal risks and implications of daily business decisions, ensuring compliance and mitigating exposure.
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts—particularly those involving AI technologies—tailoring clauses to the risk profile of each product or provider.
• Provide guidance on Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Technology Law matters, ensuring alignment with regulations and internal policies.
• Support regional commercial legal teams on Technology and Intellectual Property issues across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tax, Compliance, HR, InfoSec) to deliver business-aligned legal advice for Procurement activities.
