HBX Group is seeking a Tech Legal Counsel to support its growth as a leading Travel Tech company. The role emphasizes AI governance, technology contracts, IP and data protection guidance across Technology and Global Procurement, Fintech, and regional legal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Technology/IP law, strong interest in AI, and fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills to thrive in a fast-changing environment.

Formación

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years in Technology/IP law or related legal environment.
• Strong interest and knowledge in AI and emerging technologies, incl. Fintech.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish; capable negotiator.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on Technology, IP, procurement; review and negotiate Tech and non-Tech contracts.
• Provide guidance on AI governance, AI-related contracting and data protection.
• Support regional teams on Technology/IP matters and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Identify legal risks in daily decisions and implement preventive counsel.
• Assist Fintech and Insurtech teams in contract negotiations within regulatory frameworks.
