Tech Leader .Net

As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development team in the more complex technical tasks, in order to ensure the success of each of the developers in the project.

This role reports to: Software Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for guiding the development team in technical tasks.
2. Participate in requirements analysis.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design, with high levels of quality.
4. Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
5. Integrate software components and third-party programs.
6. Upgrade, configure, and debug existing systems.
7. Test and deploy applications and systems.
8. Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
9. Improve existing software.
10. Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
11. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.
12. Provide technical support for web, desktop, or mobile applications.
13. Establish a technical vision with the development team and work with them to achieve the company’s goals.

Requirements

• Experience leading small teams of developers.
• Deep knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g., C#, .NET Core) and HTML5 / CSS3.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET Core, the open-source web development framework, and design / architectural patterns (e.g., MVC).
• Familiarity with architecture styles / APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM).
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and cloud technologies.
