Job summary

BNP Paribas Personal Finance Group, SET Iberia, seeks a Tech Lead to join the Connect One Central Platform development squad. You will drive new features, technical improvements, and maintenance across multinational B2B partner connections.

You bring at least 4 years in similar roles with 3 in technical leadership, strong Java 17, Spring Boot, Hibernate and REST services, plus CI/CD and cloud experience. Proficiency in English (B2 level) is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles, including 3 years in technical leadership.
• Strong Backend skills in Java 17, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, and REST services.
• Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Liquibase.
• Familiar with Git/GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, and IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka Connector development.
• English at B2 level or higher; French is a plus.
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Sonar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis aligned with architectural and functional requirements.
• Execute technical tests and manage continuous integration following delivery strategy.
• Support and analyze issues within the production environment.

MISSION

As a Tech Lead, you will provide technical assistance for the Connect One Central Platform within SET Iberia. You will join a new IT development squad to manage new developments, application improvements, and maintenance. Your work ensures seamless B2B partner connections across multiple countries.
