Tech Lead Remote

We are looking for an experienced SNOW (SPM) Technical Expert to join our team! If you have a strong background in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and want to work on impactful projects, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Translate business requirements into ServiceNow features, minimizing customizations.
2. Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to design, develop, and optimize solutions.
3. Lead ServiceNow SPM implementations, including :
1. Demand Management
2. Resource Management
3. Integrations with EAP and / or JIRA
4. Optimize existing implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
5. Develop enhancements identified during UAT and improve existing designs.

Key Skills & Experience :

1. 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM experience (EAP is a plus).
2. Deep knowledge of Demand, Project / Portfolio Management, and Resource Management.
3. Strong expertise in ServiceNow core features, CMDB, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer.
4. Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools (APIs, Integration Hub).
5. Knowledge of Project Management processes, SAFe methodology, Agile / SCRUM.
6. Strong documentation and specification writing skills.

Soft Skills & Language Requirements :

1. Proactive problem-solver, able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
2. Team player, capable of adapting to diverse audiences (technical & functional teams, management, etc.).
3. Excellent communication skills – ability to express ideas clearly and actively listen.
4. Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

12-month contract, renewable based on performance.
