Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience migrating Redshift to Snowflake.
• Design data schemas with retention policies for regulatory compliance.
• Translate business goals into epics, user stories and actionable tasks.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to improve delivery quality.
• Strong customer-facing communication with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: act as the technical point of contact for business stakeholders and lead discovery workshops.
• Architecture & Product Ownership: review migration roadmap and ensure scalable data architecture with governance and retention.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: lead 3-4 engineers through reviews and guidance.
• Hands-on Execution: assist in pipelines when needed and validate designs.
