We are looking for a Backend Tech Lead to lead one of our PHP product domains and support the team in building reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you’ll write code, guide engineering practices, coach developers, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering Management.

You will be responsible for ensuring both the technical quality and the evolution of the product, aligning business goals with software delivery while fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
