As a C# Tech Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using C#. You will play a critical role in setting technical direction, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust, scalable solutions. This position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.

Requirements :

1. iGaming experience is a must.
2. Proven experience (5+ years) in C# development and software engineering.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
4. Expertise in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
5. Proven experience with Kubernetes environment.
6. Proficiency in database design and SQL.
7. Experience working with Kafka, GCP or Azure.
8. Experience working with distributed cache systems.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead and mentor a team of C# developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
2. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
3. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
4. Design, develop, and maintain C# applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
5. Implement scalable and maintainable software solutions.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process where applicable.
7. Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and practices.
8. Ensure comprehensive testing and debugging of applications to deliver reliable and bug-free software.
9. Monitor application performance and implement optimizations as needed.
