Technical Lead (Hybrid Setup) Java / Spring Boot & React

Technical Lead Software Engineer Java / Spring Boot & React to work in a hybrid setup (50, 50, remote & office) and contribute to building next-generation digital solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead projects to build & maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Work across the full stack , including Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, React, and TypeScript .
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create seamless user experiences.
• Debug and resolve system issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Mentor and train junior developers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
