Zinio is looking for an iOS Tech Lead in their Barcelona office.

As a seasoned Tech Lead, you:

1. Know several technologies and which one to use for the right thing. You enjoy building good software and even better if you do it with a wonderful team working together, learning from them, and teaching them alike.
2. Enjoy taking on difficult challenges where the limitations are not always necessarily technical, traveling around different teams and priorities.
3. Coordinate and synchronize with other teams to be aligned and solve dependencies.
4. Follow-up with your colleagues with 1-on-1 and help them to grow.
5. Create technical roadmap with other Mobile teammates.
6. Have experience battling in high-availability, scalable applications, and big complex projects.
7. You feel confident leading teams by teaching with example and mentoring best practices, all with a reduced ego and learning attitude.

What we expect from you:

1. At least 5+ years of experience in iOS development using Swift and Swift Package Manager (SPM) APIs with Xcode.
2. +2 years of management experience.
3. Team player within an agile team.
4. Demonstrated experience and an understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and memory management.
5. UIKit Autolayout.
6. Experience with modular architectures and Swift Packages.
7. Good understanding of VIPER and MVVM architectural patterns.
8. Experience with threading and asynchronous code.
9. Experience with Unit testing.
10. Fluent English communication skills, speaking and writing.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with Fastlane.
2. Binary framework (XCFramework) development and distribution.
3. In-App Purchases knowledge.
4. SwiftUI.
