Betsson Group in Malaga seeks a Backend Engineering Team Lead to lead a talented team and own overall team performance. You will drive delivery, promote a healthy team culture, and participate as a developer on next-generation engagement products for iGaming.

Formación

• Experience in software development for more than 5 years.
• Experience managing teams of software engineers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Agile mindset with business goals orientation.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core.

Responsabilidades

• Provide people management, mentoring, and coaching to developers.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding.
• Conduct performance reviews; hold 1-to-1 meetings.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Stakeholders.
• Understand and implement business requirements.
• Develop software following modern best practices and principles.
• Contribute to decisions on application architecture, solution design, architecture improvements, and code reviews.
