Job Description:

Role Overview: Together with the rest of the engineers, you will be responsible for delivering production-ready code used by our champions/operators, owning the end-to-end customer experience of the services and features you build.

What You’ll Do

• Solving problems related to scale across all realms, over millions of transactions;
• Owning the software architecture and technical designs;
• Writing high-quality, maintainable code and performing peer code reviews;
• Providing technical leadership and expertise;
• Partnering with teams such as data science and product management;
• Mentoring new team members as we expand our footprint and scope;
• Driving DevOps/Kubernetes-based software engineering processes.

What You’ll Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience;
• At least 5 years of experience with Laravel and/or Lumen, Express, or Django and/or Django Rest Framework;
• Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, and MongoDB is a plus;
• 3-4 years of experience in Tech Leadership;
• Good knowledge of CI/CD deployment pipelines.
