Wolters Kluwer in Bilbao area is seeking a Tech Lead Engineer to join our global technology team. You will combine people management with hands-on software delivery, driving architecture, mentoring engineers, and aligning projects with business objectives.

The role emphasizes designing robust backend services with .NET Core, managing CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure with Azure PaaS, Terraform, and Kubernetes. A hybrid work model is available.

Formación

• Degree in Information Technology (Grado en IT) or equivalent technical background.
• Experience leading technical teams and agile delivery.
• Strong background in backend architecture and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Balance technical oversight with people management and hands-on delivery.
• Design and oversee backend applications and microservices with .NET Core.
• Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines and IaC via Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Architect scalable cloud solutions on Azure PaaS.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and technical documentation.
• Drive technical strategy and unblock cross-functional initiatives.
