Head of Technology - Cloud Architecture | Freelance | Remote | Catalonia

I am currently working with a respected digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Head of Technology - Cloud Architecture to lead the department on a freelance basis, helping improve processes and deliver future projects.

Job title: Tech Lead Cloud Architecture.

Working Model: Remote

Day Rate: D.O.E

Contract Length: 3 Months Initially with extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Adopt a hands-on approach, lead the project team, and provide a strong understanding of architecture.
• Serve as the reference point for all IT departments and liaise with the rest of the business.
• Lead projects, design robust architectures, and solve complex problems.
• Focus 70-75% on project delivery and 25-30% on strategic platform development.
• Maintain complete proficiency in English and possess exceptional communication skills for client-facing engagements.
• Have high proficiency with Azure & AWS systems, with extensive experience in defining and enhancing code architectures.
• Proven track record of leading a large IT function.
