Head of Technology - Cloud Architecture | Freelance | Remote | Catalonia

I am currently working with a respected digital marketing agency who are looking to bring in an experienced Head of Technology - Cloud Architecture to lead the department on a freelance basis to help improve their processes and deliver future projects.

Job title: Tech Lead Cloud architecture.

Working Model: Remote

Day Rate: D.O.E

Contract Length: 3 Months Initially with extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Must adopt a hands-on approach and take the lead of the entire project team and provide a very good understanding of architecture.
• Be the reference point of all IT departments and liaise with the rest of the business.
• Lead projects, design robust architectures, and solve complex problems.
• 70-75% focus on project delivery, 25-30% on strategic platform development.
• Complete proficiency in English and exceptional communication skills for client facing engagements.
• High proficiency with Azure & AWS systems. Someone that is very experienced in defining and double upping code architectures.
• Proven track record of leading a large IT Function.
