Neo4j is seeking a Tech Lead for GraphAware Hume to own core platform layers, guide graph architecture, and work hands-on with Neo4j to shape product direction across Europe. You will mentor engineers, align with product goals, and push for scalable, secure APIs while advancing graph analytics capabilities.

The role requires 8+ years in backend systems, strong Java/JVM, and deep Cypher knowledge. You will collaborate with a distributed team across Europe and beyond to deliver impactful outcomes.

Formación

• Deep Neo4j expertise with Cypher performance optimization and ecosystem knowledge (GDS, APOC, drivers).
• Experience modeling domains as property graphs and guiding architecture at scale.
• Proven track record leading architecture/tech direction for a team or product area.

Responsabilidades

• Own core parts of the platform layer for GraphAware Hume and guide graph architecture across teams.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical bar without formal management authority.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate long-term goals into scalable technical roadmaps.
• Drive secure, scalable APIs and optimize graph queries for latency and scale.
