Neo4j is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to shape the core analytics of GraphAware Hume, our graph-powered analytics platform. You will build secure, scalable backend APIs and collaborate with a global team.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of backend experience, fluency in Java, and expertise in Spring, DDD, and TDD. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, and graph databases is highly valued. This is a remote-first role across Europe.

Formación

• 8+ years of backend experience with large-scale, complex applications.
• Proficient in Java with modern software engineering principles (Clean Architecture, DDD, TDD).
• Experience with Spring or similar frameworks to build secure, modular APIs.
• Knowledge of data modeling for relational and graph databases (PostgreSQL/Neo4j).
• Strong CI/CD, containerization (Docker) and automated deployment skills.
• Security-minded with awareness of OWASP and secure design practices.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, cross-border European team.

Responsabilidades

• Build APIs for intuitive interaction with complex data.
• Design secure, scalable access control for mission-critical environments.
• Orchestrate workflows to automate graph analytics, inference, and real-time insights.
• Optimize performance and collaborate with engineers for seamless UX.
