Job summary

T-Innova, part of the Manos Group within Valsoft, is building a new cloud platform for sports centers in Spain. You will own technical delivery, lead the engineering team, and set the bar for quality and agentic development.

You will work hands-on with AI coding agents, translate use cases into working software, and ensure a smooth transition from legacy to the new product while keeping clients running. This role requires strong backend skills, cloud experience, and the ability to communicate

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development with 2+ years leading engineers.
• Agentic development with AI coding agents such as Claude/Copilot as a normal way of working.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI features into a real product with LLM APIs.
• Strong backend skills in .NET/C#, Python, Node.js or Go and SQL Server design.
• Experience with a cloud platform (Azure/AWS/GCP) and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the engineering team and hire new engineers.
• Drive the move to agentic development with specifications and tests.
• Ensure technical decisions align with business priorities and usage patterns.
• Build end-to-end software with AI coding agents and maintain quality.
• Maintain live platform health and plan client migrations to the new product.
• Establish code review standards, testing, and observability practices.
