Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a senior software engineer.
• Strong communication in English (B2/C1) and Spanish (B1/B2).
• Deep product and domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor – Guide teams on best practices, coding standards, and architecture while helping developers grow.
• Governance – Contribute to the Tech Lead Forum, ensuring adherence to frameworks like C4, Tech Radar, and security / privacy policies.
• Innovate – Develop Proof-of-Concepts, exploring AI-assisted development, QA / QC tools, and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate – Connect Architecture, DevOps, and Product teams for seamless execution.
• Design Solutions – Turn high-level architecture into actionable DevOps strategies.
• Knowledge Sharing – Lead Tech Talks, write blogs, and contribute to internal communities.
• Estimate & Plan – Support business cases with high-level effort assessments.
• Optimize CI / CD – Improve pipelines with DevOps for efficiency and reliability.
• Stay Hands-On (~50%) – Code, review, and ensure best practices in development.

Requirements

• Relevant experience as senior software engineer : 5+ years of experience,
• Demonstrates deep product and domain knowledge,
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives,
• English : B2 / C1 (strong communication and documentation skills)
• Spanish : B1 / B2 (written and spoken communication).
