Leadtech is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our remote-first, international team and help build the Infrastructure and DevOps department powering our scalable products.

You’ll design cloud infrastructure on GCP, implement CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate across mobile, web and backend teams to improve deployment, observability and security.

Formación

• Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Networking.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform) for provisioning and managing GCP resources.
• Solid experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Solid experience with monitoring and logging tools specific to GCP (e.g., Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with programming languages (TypeScript, JavaScript, Go or Python).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• A strong preference for working in agile and dynamic environments.
• Expertise in fostering teamwork and cross-team collaboration for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with mobile, web, and backend teams to define best practices for deployment, performance, and observability of mobile backends on GCP.
• Ensure security best practices in configuring GCP infrastructure and deployment pipelines for mobile backends.
• Create and maintain detailed deployment architecture docs and troubleshooting guides for mobile backend on GCP.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to GCP infrastructure and DevOps processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure for the backend services developed, leveraging modern practices such as Infrastructure as Code
• Implement and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using GCP's native tools and other relevant solutions
• Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Collaborate closely with mobile, web and backend development teams to define and implement best practices for deployment, performance optimization, and observability of mobile backends on GCP.
• Ensure that security best practices are followed in the configuration of GCP infrastructure and deployment pipelines for mobile backends.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation on deployment architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guides specific to our mobile backend infrastructure on GCP.
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to our GCP infrastructure and DevOps processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Required skills
