Verisure is launching a Tech Graduate Programme in September 2026, aimed at talented graduates in Technology. Participants will gain hands-on experience through real-world projects, technical training, and professional development opportunities, while being mentored by industry experts. The role is based at our Tech Hub in Alicante, offering a hybrid work model with flexible working arrangements. Additional benefits include a permanent contract, lunches provided, and ample paid time off. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish with a relevant degree.

The Programme

We are looking for talented and passionate graduates within Technology that are interested in an international Tech Graduate Programme starting in September 2026, you will deep dive into different parts of the business, where you will have the opportunity to experience a global project in an international company.

Our Tech Graduate Programme is designed to equip recent graduates with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic field of technology. This intensive programme offers a comprehensive combination of hands-on experience, technical training, and professional development opportunities.

• Practical Projects: Graduates will work on real-world projects under the guidance of experienced mentors. These projects will provide hands-on experience and help develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Technical Training: The programme includes specialized training sessions on the latest technologies, programming languages, and tools. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain industry-recognized certifications.
• Professional Development: In addition to technical skills, the programme focuses on developing soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and leadership. Workshops and seminars will be conducted to enhance these competencies.
• Mentorship and Networking: Each participant will be paired with a mentor who will provide guidance and support throughout the programme. Networking events will also be organized to help graduates connect with industry professionals and peers.
• Assessment and Feedback: Regular performance evaluations will be conducted to provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement. This ensures continuous development and growth.
• Career Opportunities: The diverse experience gained during the programme will adequately prepare you for various positions in the tech industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Preferred

• Previous international exposure
• 1 year of work experience or other internships are meriting.

• Hybrid model: two days per week from home and the rest at our Tech Hub in Alicante. Plus, benefit from two fully remote weeks per year and shortened Fridays all year round (until 15:00).
