Job summary

Verisure is seeking a motivated Learning & Development enthusiast to join the Group L&D team in Madrid. You will support administration of learning programmes, maintain trackers, coordinate calendars and logistics, and assist with day-to-day L&D operations.

The role involves managing learning platforms (Coursera/Workday), data quality checks, training communications, and providing employee support across initiatives in a global, multi-language environment. Hybrid work included.

Qualifications

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, Education, or related fields.
• Strong English and Spanish language skills.
• Proficient MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.

Responsibilities

• Learning Operations: support administration of learning programmes, trackers, calendars, logistics, and day-to-day L&D ops.
• Learning Platforms & Systems: assist administration of Coursera and Workday enrolments and learning records, plus data quality checks.
• Programme Coordination: support participant management, communications, attendance tracking, and provider coordination.
• Data & Reporting: create and update reports, participation trackers, and feedback summaries; support quarterly reporting.
• Communication: craft communications for learning programmes, course launches, reminders, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and employee learning resources.
• HR systems (Workday): maintain learning documentation, organise programme materials, update databases and trackers, and support process improvements.
• Employee Support: assist employees with learning opportunities and L&D processes.
• Other activities as required.

Verisure is seeking a highly talented individual to work on a range of Learning & Development activities and projects, working in close collaboration with the Group L&D team and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Learning Operations: support the administration of learning programmes, maintain participant trackers, manage training calendars, coordinate training logistics, monitor attendance, and support the day‑to‑day operation of L&D initiatives.
• Learning Platforms & Systems: support the administration of learning platforms such as Coursera and Workday, manage enrolments, maintain learning records, perform data quality checks, and support employees with learning‑related requests.
• Programme Coordination: support key initiatives, including participant management, communications, attendance tracking, provider coordination, and programme documentation.
• Data & Reporting: create and update reports, participation trackers, and feedback summaries; consolidate learning data and support quarterly reporting activities.
• Communication: create and update communications for learning programmes, course launches, reminders, newsletters, SharePoint pages, and employee learning resources.
• HR systems (Workday): maintain learning documentation, organise programme materials, update databases and trackers, and support process improvements across the L&D function.
• Employee Support: provide support to employees regarding learning opportunities, programme participation, learning platforms, and L&D processes.
• Other activities as required.

Location

The position is full‑time and based in Madrid (Spain), under a hybrid work from home policy of 2 days at home per week with two weeks per year to work wherever you prefer.

Candidate profile

• Final‑year students and/or recent University graduates with degrees such as Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Sociology, Communications or similar. We are seeking individuals with a passion for learning, development, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish. We are an international company and all our positions, whether internships or permanent roles, require a high level of both languages.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and multi‑task.
• Interest in Learning & Development, digital learning platforms and employee experience.
• Willingness to learn and to progress in a company with great opportunities and potential.

Additionally, he/she will work with the rest of the Group Human Resources team in other projects such as development processes deployment.
