Tokio Marine HCC International in Barcelona is seeking a Claims Adjuster specializing in Cyber, UK Commercial D&O and FI claims. You will lead the Financial Lines Claims Cyber offering and work closely with underwriting teams on individual claims and market trends.

The role requires native English, relevant claims adjusting experience, and familiarity with ECF and London market practices. Travel for meetings and events may be involved.

Competenze

• Native English required.
• Experience adjusting Cyber and D&O or FI claims (in-house, law firm, or loss adjuster).
• Familiarity with ECF and London market practices.

Mansioni

• Adjust Cyber, UK Commercial D&O and FI claims (D&O, PI and Crime).
• Open and maintain claims files in electronic claims management system and ECF.
• Correspond with external stakeholders on claims developments.
• Monitor claims developments and report to management.
• Retain and manage external counsel, loss adjusters and other vendors.
• Set reserves and negotiate settlements.
