Responsibilities
- Document issues and procedures : Use ticketing tools to log activities, document issues, and track solutions.
- Coordinate support requests : Collaborate with customer support and development teams to resolve issues.
- Technical troubleshooting : Diagnose hardware / software failures, document procedures, and create reports.
- Code understanding : Read and understand Java and VUE code, query and modify data using SQL.
Customer Support Responsibilities
- Provide excellent user experience via chat and email.
- Manage incident requests and collaborate with teams for resolutions.
- Help create and update support documentation.
- Build strong internal relationships.
- Share insights with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure positive user interactions.
Onboarding Process
- First month : Learn platform, social media interactions, and shadow team members.
- First quarter : Diagnose complex issues and work with development for solutions.
- Ongoing : Contribute to support strategies and process improvements.
- Over 5 years of technical support experience.
- Strong technical background.
Hard Skills
- Knowledge of Java, VUE, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies.
- Self-management and incident resolution skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
