Tech Customer Support Specialist (Remote - Spain)

Responsibilities

  • Document issues and procedures : Use ticketing tools to log activities, document issues, and track solutions.
  • Coordinate support requests : Collaborate with customer support and development teams to resolve issues.
  • Technical troubleshooting : Diagnose hardware / software failures, document procedures, and create reports.
  • Code understanding : Read and understand Java and VUE code, query and modify data using SQL.

Customer Support Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent user experience via chat and email.
  • Manage incident requests and collaborate with teams for resolutions.
  • Help create and update support documentation.
  • Build strong internal relationships.
  • Share insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure positive user interactions.

Onboarding Process

  • First month : Learn platform, social media interactions, and shadow team members.
  • First quarter : Diagnose complex issues and work with development for solutions.
  • Ongoing : Contribute to support strategies and process improvements.
  • Over 5 years of technical support experience.
  • Strong technical background.

Hard Skills

  • Knowledge of Java, VUE, and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud technologies.
