Job summary

Hostinger is seeking a Senior Technical SEO Lead to own the organic foundation at scale, across multilingual sites. You’ll audit, optimize, and roadmap technical SEO initiatives, partnering with Product and Engineering to ship improvements that move traffic and conversions.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders, translate technical wins into business terms, and shape the AI-ready technical SEO vision for the global site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on technical SEO on large, complex websites.
• Multilocale SEO at scale with cross-language considerations.
• Deep expertise across crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals, JS rendering, hreflang, and multilingual SEO.

Responsibilities

• Run audits across Hostinger's large-scale multilingual site and own fixes end-to-end.
• Lead pre- and post-migration audits for domain migrations, re-platforming, URL restructures, and CMS changes.
• Investigate performance anomalies and resolve them before they impact traffic.
• Build and drive the technical SEO roadmap aligned with Product and Engineering planning.
