Capgemini in Spain is seeking an experienced Teams Rooms Specialist to join our Digital Workplace team. You will be responsible for supporting, managing and improving meeting room technologies to ensure a seamless user experience across modern workplace environments.

This is a 100% on-site role based in Getafe or Sevilla. The ideal candidate has strong English skills (B2 or higher) and hands-on experience with videoconferencing, AV systems and unified communications.

Formación

• Experience with videoconferencing and collaboration technologies.
• Knowledge of audiovisual systems and meeting room infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting audio and video technologies.
• Understanding of Digital Workplace environments.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.
• Configure and maintain meeting room technologies and audiovisual systems.
• Troubleshoot complex audio, video and connectivity issues.
• Support deployment and rollout of collaboration solutions.
• Monitor room performance, availability and user experience.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, workplace and support teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across meeting room services.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
