K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking an Engineering Lead to contribute to a cloud-native Data & AI platform. You will design scalable architectures and build automated platform services using Kubernetes and APIs.

The role requires strong Golang development experience, solid cloud-native skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. English communication is essential, and the position offers hybrid work with Barcelona-based and remote Spain options.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of a cloud-native Data & AI platform, helping to design scalable architectures and integrate suitable technologies.
• Build and automate platform services by developing Kubernetes-based solutions and APIs that support the deployment, management, and interaction with cloud environments.
• Strong experience in software development with Golang and a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and software engineering best practices, including Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate effectively in English.
