K2 Partnering Solutions in Barcelona seeks an Engineering Lead to drive design and delivery of a cloud-native Data & AI platform. Hybrid role based in Barcelona with remote options within Spain; English communication required.

You will lead Golang development, Kubernetes-based services, IaC practices, and collaborate across teams to solve complex scalability challenges and improve platform reliability.

Formación

• Strong experience in software development with Golang.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to design of scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Build and automate platform services with Kubernetes-based solutions and APIs.
• Identify root causes and implement long-term improvements.
