K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking an Engineering Lead to drive cloud-native architecture and platform design. The role combines hands-on Go development with Kubernetes-based services and API automation in a hybrid Barcelona-based setting.

You will contribute to a cloud-native Data & AI platform, tackle complex technical challenges, and promote IaC practices, embracing English as the working language. Ideal candidates have strong software engineering background, interest in AI/MLOps, and

Formación

• Strong software development experience with Go (Golang).
• Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and IaC.
• Interest in AI and familiarity with MLOps, workflow orchestration, and model lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of a cloud-native Data & AI platform, helping to design scalable architectures and integrate suitable technologies.
• Build and automate platform services by developing Kubernetes-based solutions and APIs that support the deployment, management, and interaction with cloud environments.
• Analyse and resolve technical challenges by identifying root causes and implementing reliable, long-term improvements.

Profile

• Strong experience in software development with Golang and a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and software engineering best practices, including Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and familiarity with MLOps practices, such as workflow orchestration and model lifecycle management.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate effectively in English.
