K2 Partnering Solutions is seeking an Engineering Lead to drive design and implementation of cloud-native platforms. You will lead Go-based development, design scalable Kubernetes-based solutions, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust infrastructure and APIs.

The role is hybrid in Barcelona with remote options within Spain, requiring strong English communication and a proactive mindset to tackle complex challenges and mentor junior engineers.

Formación

• Strong experience in software development with Golang and cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and IaC concepts.
• Interest in AI and familiarity with MLOps practices like workflow orchestration and model lifecycle management.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and improvement of a cloud-native Data & AI platform, helping to design scalable architectures and integrate suitable technologies.
• Build and automate platform services by developing Kubernetes-based solutions and APIs that support the deployment, management, and interaction with cloud environments.
• Analyse and resolve technical challenges by identifying root causes and implementing reliable, long-term improvements.

Profile

• Strong experience in software development with Golang and a solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and software engineering best practices, including Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and familiarity with MLOps practices, such as workflow orchestration and model lifecycle management.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate effectively in English.
