The Role

Drive innovation in Regulatory life sciences with Veeva's Vault RIM suite, the industry's only unified software solution for regulatory information management (RIM), including data and document management, submission publishing, and archival on a cloud-based platform.

As a leader in our professional services team, you'll oversee Vault RIM implementations for Life Sciences customers across Europe, ensuring seamless delivery, talent development, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Lead a high-performing team of consultants and project managers through coaching and feedback
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on implementation strategies and best practices
• Provide thought leadership on processes, tools, and offerings within the practice
• Contribute to proposals and collaborate with sales teams during the sales process

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software implementation experience within the life sciences R&D or healthcare sector, either at a software vendor or consulting firm
• 2+ years managing professional services consultants
• Experience in rolling out new services or software products
• Proficiency in regulatory processes and technologies related to pharmaceutical, animal health, or medtech R&D

Nice to Have

• Experience managing technical delivery in a global setting
• Data and content migration experience
