Viking Assistance Group - Team Leader, Norwegian Team in Torrevieja

Viking Assistance Group is a leading roadside and travel assistance company in the Nordics. Our new business area, Viking Travel Care, provides travel- and medical assistance 24/7, 365 days a year for travelers and employees stationed abroad, anywhere in the world.

We are now seeking a Team Leader for our Norwegian team in Torrevieja.

Responsibilities
  • Personnel management of the Nordic team members.
  • Coaching and developing team members' competencies.
  • Ensuring service levels meet KPIs and SLAs.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as timesheets, salary files, absence routines, and maintaining shift plans.
  • Covering and performing tasks of other Team Leaders during absences.
  • Collaborating with other departments to implement agreements and projects, and planning and executing training.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in call centers, alarm centers, or customer service.
  • Experience in the travel industry, insurance, or health sectors is a plus.
  • Previous team leadership experience or aspiration to step into such a role.
  • Fluent in Norwegian; knowledge of another Nordic language is an advantage.
  • Proficient in IT systems and quick to learn new ones.
Employment Details

Full-time position, with possible shift work. The role reports to the Operations Manager in Torrevieja.
