A leading company in travel assistance is seeking a Team Leader for their new office in Fuengirola, Málaga. This role involves managing Nordic team members, ensuring high service quality, and developing team competencies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer service and leadership, along with fluency in a Nordic language.
We have established a new office in Fuengirola and are looking for a Team Leader for our team there. From our offices in Spain, we assist customers with travel insurance who suffer an incident, illness, or injury while traveling abroad. The service is provided in Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and Danish .
