Wellington Shire Council in Victoria seeks a proactive senior leader to oversee a small team delivering programs for older residents. You will drive community engagement, coordinate services and ensure alignment with new policies and partnerships.

This locum assignment is for around six weeks with potential to extend. You will mentor staff, strengthen collaborations across aged care and community services, and help older people stay connected, active and engaged.

Formación

• Proven people leadership experience.
• Experience in community development.
• Background in aged care, community health or social services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification highly desirable.
