Job Description:

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Advisory Support on Climate Adaptation, Resilience and Nature-based Solutions in Environmental Sectors and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this Assignment is to accelerate environmental investments (such as climate adaptation, resilience and nature investments) by providing targeted technical and financial advisory support to public promoters inside the EU.

Duration: The intended start date is June/July 2025, with a contract period of 24 months from this date.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least a University Degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in engineering, environmental science, urban planning, economics, finance, or an equivalent field relevant for the Assignment.
• Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C1) or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of professional experience in advisory services related to climate change, environment, and sustainability.
• At least 10 years of professional experience managing consultancy assignments as Team Leader, Project Manager, or in corporate leadership roles.
• Experience advising public authorities, financial institutions, or government agencies in Europe on project preparation, implementation, or capacity building, demonstrated by at least 5 projects in the last 10 years.
• Experience acting as Team Leader or Project Manager on at least 2 multi-EU country projects in the last 10 years.
