Awin Global is seeking a Team Leader in Account Management who will inspire and guide a talented team in delivering exceptional client servicing and campaign success. This role requires a data-driven, strategic mindset coupled with extensive digital marketing knowledge, as the leader will play a critical part in shaping the team's performance and client relationships. The purpose of the Team Leader – Account Management (Managed Services) role is to empower a team of talented account managers to deliver excellence in client servicing, campaign performance, and strategic growth. This position exists to provide hands-on leadership that unlocks the potential of each team member, ensuring that the team not only meets but exceeds expectations across client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and commercial KPIs.
This role is at the intersection of leadership, client success, and business impact. The Team Leader is responsible for translating the company’s vision into actionable plans, cultivating a high-performing culture where individuals thrive, and championing a mindset of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
As a Team Leader, you will be a role model in how we partner with advertisers, balancing strategic thinking witseeh day-to-day execution. You’ll support your team in navigating complex challenges, identifying new opportunities for growth (both for clients and the business), and elevating the quality of every touchpoint with the brands we manage.
